Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to services provided through NoticeMeGBP.com, a service of Notice Me Directories LLC. By purchasing or using the Notice Me GBP managed posting service, you agree to these terms.

The Service

Notice Me GBP provides managed business posting services that may include personalized graphics, written captions, scheduling, account setup, and publishing to supported platforms.

The standard monthly service currently includes 12 unique personalized posts each month. Each post may be published to Google Business Profile, Facebook, and Instagram, creating up to 36 total monthly placements.

The 36 placements represent distribution of 12 unique content pieces across three platforms and do not represent 36 individually designed graphics.

Initial Setup

The initial $299 payment includes onboarding, verification of your business information, connection or authorization of supported posting accounts, and preparation of your first set of personalized, niche-specific content.

Please allow up to approximately 7 days for initial setup after we receive the information and account access reasonably required to begin the service.

Initial Posting Period and Recurring Billing

Following setup, your first four weeks of managed posting are included without an additional monthly charge.

Your first recurring $299 payment is scheduled to begin approximately 5 weeks after your initial signup/payment. Recurring billing then continues according to the billing interval shown at checkout until canceled.

Cancellation

You may cancel the service at any time. Cancellation prevents future recurring charges after the current paid posting period, subject to normal payment-processing timing.

Because graphics, captions, scheduling, and posting preparation are performed in advance, payments already made for the current posting period are non-refundable. No prorated refunds are provided for a partially completed posting period.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate business information and the permissions, account access, page roles, or authorizations reasonably necessary for Notice Me GBP to perform the service.

Delays caused by missing information, unavailable accounts, incorrect credentials, insufficient permissions, platform restrictions, or failure to respond to reasonable onboarding requests may delay setup or posting.

Business Information and Content

You are responsible for ensuring that information supplied or approved for your business is accurate, lawful, and appropriate for publication.

Notice Me GBP may create content around your services, industry, commonly asked customer questions, educational topics, seasonal subjects, business information, and other relevant themes.

Graphic Designs and Content Use

Personalized graphics and captions prepared as part of an active paid service may be used by the client for the client's own business marketing.

Templates, production systems, design methods, reusable layouts, internal processes, and other underlying creative assets used to produce client content remain the property of Notice Me GBP or their respective licensors.

Posting Frequency

Notice Me GBP generally schedules approximately three posts per week. This schedule is intended to maintain a consistent business presence while avoiding unnecessary repetitive or low-value posting.

Posting dates and frequency may vary slightly because of holidays, platform availability, account restrictions, content timing, or other reasonable operational considerations.

Third-Party Platforms

Notice Me GBP relies on third-party services such as Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram, payment processors, scheduling platforms, hosting providers, and related technology.

We cannot guarantee continuous availability of third-party platforms or prevent changes to their features, rules, APIs, account permissions, algorithms, or technical requirements.

No Ranking or Performance Guarantee

Notice Me GBP provides content creation, personalization, scheduling, and posting services. We do not guarantee search rankings, social media reach, impressions, leads, sales, engagement levels, Google placement, or any specific business result.

Results may vary based on market conditions, competition, customer demand, platform behavior, account history, business reputation, and many factors outside our control.

Platform Compliance

Content and posting activity are subject to the rules and policies of the platforms on which they appear. Notice Me GBP may decline or modify content that we reasonably believe violates platform policies, applicable law, or accepted advertising practices.

Service Changes

Notice Me GBP may reasonably update service features, processes, supported platforms, or operational procedures as technology and third-party platforms change.

Material changes affecting an active customer's paid service will be communicated when appropriate.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Notice Me Directories LLC and Notice Me GBP are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from platform outages, account restrictions, third-party services, algorithm changes, interrupted posting, or use of the service.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated as the service evolves. The current version will be posted on this page with its most recent revision date.
